For adjustable positioning, O-ring and back-up washer should be in proper position on non-threaded section nearest to locknut. Lubrification of O-ring is recommended.

Screw fitting by hand into straight thread port until retaining washer contacts face of port.

To position fitting, unscrew up one full turn then hold fitting in desired position and tighten locknut until retaining washer is in contact with face of port.
